Denisha Gingles is an experienced Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst(in Maryland and New York) and Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. In addition to the states she holds licensure, she also has provided ABA therapy services in Missouri and Kenya, Africa. Denisha has a diverse range of experience and has worked with various age groups, starting at 18 months and ranging to adulthood within schools, clinics, homes, and community settings. Danielle has held management and/or human resource positions at several associations in the D.C. area, including the American Psychological Association, the National Network for Youth, and the National Association of County & City Health Officials (NACCHO). At NACCHO she also worked collaboratively with the staff to incorporate a health and social justice perspective into all NACCHO programs. In 2010 she resigned from her position to open Danielle's Desserts, which offered an array of "homestyle" Southern-style desserts. Over the 10 years that Danielle's Desserts was open, it was featured on WJLA Channel 7, WUSA Channel 9, The Washington Post, O Magazine, The Fairfax County Times, The MCLean Patch, Hot 99.5 FM Radio, and WTOP 103.5 FM Radio. What Danielle enjoys most about being an HR professional is the opportunity to be available in a beneficial role for each member of the team.

Dr. Deija McLean earned her doctorate in School Psychology, with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. Dr. McLean specializes in diagnostic assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related neurodevelopmental disorders, treatment of challenging behaviors, caregiver training of behavior reduction programs, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
